Borgelt Total Energy Probe for Fuselage Mount including Adaptor and mounting tube. Unlike the ILEC TE probes which use rubber o-rings to seal the connection between the mount and the probe. The Borgelt unit uses a rubber tube to hold the TE probe in place and make the seal.
